Use Online Banking

Not only is it faster, easier, and more secure, but you choose how to pay.
We offer several different options:

Paying from a Chartway Account

  1. Make your Chartway loan payment by transferring directly from another Chartway account in Online Banking under “Transfers and Payments.”
  2. Next, select “Loan Payment” to make a one-time payment or to set up a recurring transaction. 

Paying from an External Account

  1. Make a payment from an external account under “Transfer and Payments.”
  2.  Next, select “Add External Account” within your Online Banking account.

Use Express Pay

Use Express Pay to make a one-time loan payment or set-up a recurring payment

Use Express Pay to quickly make a payment to your Chartway loan from another financial institution. Payments can be made using account information or debit card. To make a payment from your Chartway account, please login into Online Banking account. 

  1. Register your account with your Member Number
  2. Answer two Security Questions
  3. Agree to the Terms of Service. Select the Express Pay option to make a one-time payment.

Note: Enter your member number (without leading zeros and/or loan suffix) to complete your online payment. Your Member Number is available on your statement or in Online Banking. In online banking, click on your Chartway account type and your Member Number will be located in the gray area at the top.

Pay by Phone

Our automated Telephone Banking system allows you to transfer money, check your balances, and make a loan or credit card payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us at (800) 678-8765 to use this service — make sure to have your account number(s) and your security code.
