*Win A Big Screen TV! : Official Rules- No purchase necessary to enter. You must fill out the official entry form to enter the contest. Limit one (1) entry per person. Must be a Chartway member in good standing to enter. Contest is open to residents of Virginia. Must be 18 or older to enter and win. Entries will be accepted in-branch during normal business hours on March 20. Chartway Team Members, Board Directors, Volunteers, Vendors, and their families or members of the same household and Vendors are ineligible to participate. Chartway reserves the right to terminate the contest if insufficient entries are received. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, voice and likeness and any and all identifying characteristics for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes by Chartway; this permission includes, but is not limited to, the taking of photographs and/or videos by Chartway's photographer/videographer or the requesting of a photograph by Chartway for publicity purposes, without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law and winner agrees to execute any and all documents requested by Chartway to convey such rights to own all the results thereof. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Chartway to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind. The Big Screen TV Giveaway is void where prohibited. All taxes are winner’s responsibility; a Form 1099 may be issued to the prizewinner for the value of the prize.

Prizes and Odds of Winning- There will be 1 Big Screen TV-with an approximate retail value of $300 awarded from entries received at the East Beach Branch. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Chartway. Winner acknowledges that the Big Screen TV entries have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize. The TV prize will be awarded if properly claimed according to the Official Rules. Should the actual value of the TV prize be less than the approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Only the TV prize listed in the Official Rules shall be awarded. The right to receive the TV prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed. Prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the winner and an alternative winner shall be selected in random drawings at the sole discretion of Chartway. Winner will be chosen on or about March 20 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by Chartway. If winner does not claim prize, Chartway reserves the right to select another potential winner in a random drawing. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and explicitly releases discharge and holds harmless Chartway, its directors, officers and Team Members, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages. Proof of entry is not proof of entry receipt. Chartway reserves the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Big Screen TV giveaway if in its sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Giveaway has been, or could be, compromised.
